The Apron is adding sake to its list of spirits used for aging beautiful steaks. This time, our grill master has selected Dassai Junmai Daiginjo sake to age A5 wagyu from Kamichiku farm in Kagoshima. The whole process takes as long as 42 days to ensure that the sophisticated aroma of the sake is thoroughly infused into the tender, marbled meat. The steak is then grilled to succulent perfection with an enticingly charred crust. Book your table now!
