1. Galaxy Macau x UnionPay Festive Privileges - Dining Lucky Draw ("Promotion") is organized by New Galaxy Entertainment Company Limited ("Galaxy").
2. The Promotion begins at 11:00 on December 1, 2020 and ends at 23:59 on February 26, 2021 ("Promotion Period"). All aforementioned time is Macau local time as appeared on the Galaxy Macau official site.

Participation Eligibility & Method

3. The Promotion is applicable to cardholders of valid UnionPay credit or debit cards with card numbers starting with "62" (except for the RMB cards issued by specific Hong Kong and Macau card issuing institutions) ("UnionPay Card") only. Participating cardholders ("Participants") must meet the minimum spending requirement (total amount after any discounts and offers with a 10% service charge and a 5% government tax, if applicable) and successfully settle the payment with a UnionPay Card via the UnionPay network during the Promotion Period at the participating F&B outlets at StarWorld Hotel, Galaxy Macau and Broadway Macau to participate in the Promotion.
4. Single spending of MOP500 in one single day qualifies for one (1) lucky draw entry; single spending of MOP1,000 in one single day qualifies for two (2) lucky draw entries, single spending of MOP1,500 or above in one single day qualifies for three (3) lucky draw entries. 
5. Participant shall present the following items* on the same day** when the receipt is issued at the lucky draw counter to participate in the lucky draw via WeChat platform to win a prize immediately after the lucky draw
   1. 5.1 Original copy of the receipt issued by any participating outlet;
   2. 5.2 The corresponding UnionPay Card and the corresponding UnionPay sales slip of the abovementioned transaction.
      *A picture of the receipt and sales slip will be taken as a record via a company device by an employee of Galaxy for internal audit purpose. They will also be stamped to indicate completion of participation
      **Any eligible receipt and sales slip issued after 21:00 can be used to participate in the lucky draw on the immediate next day during the counter operation hours

8. There is no limit on the number of participation in this Promotion for each Participant during the Promotion Period. 
9. Each winner is entitled to one of the following prizes:

10. The prize will be awarded in the form of a voucher or e-voucher. Individual terms and conditions apply for each prize. 
11. All prizes will be drawn randomly by the computer system. No substitution or replacement of, or modification of the prizes requested by Participants will be permitted.

Other Terms and Conditions

12. Participants of this Promotion must be 18 years or older.
13. Galaxy reserves the right to exclude a Participant from the lucky draw without prior notice, if the Participant:
    1. Commits a breach of these terms and conditions or any other terms, conditions or rules which Galaxy shall amend or announce from time to time;
    2. Is found to be participating in this Promotion in any illegal or dishonest manner;
    3. Considered to be suitable to be disqualified or excluded in the absolute discretion of Galaxy.
14. Galaxy reserves the right to announce the lucky draw result at another time or via a different platform. Galaxy will not be responsible for any delay or error regarding winner announcement.
15. The Prizes cannot be sold, transferred to any other person, exchanged for cash, other products or services. No refund will be given for any unused service or entitlement.
16. Lost vouchers will not be reissued.
17. UnionPay International Company Limited and Galaxy shall not take any responsibility to the products or services supplied by the participating merchants.
18. Under no circumstances shall Galaxy be liable for any loss, damage, loss of profit or financial damage that is directly or indirectly caused by the loss or damage of data or other problems incurred during the processing or upload of such data or any technical issues found in the computer, network, telephone, websites or servers. In the event of such losses, Participants will have no right to make any claim against Galaxy.
19. In so far as permitted by the applicable laws, Galaxy reserves the right to amend the Promotion Period, terms and conditions, amend or terminate the Promotion anytime without notice to Participants, and are not responsible for consequences of the aforementioned changes.
20. Galaxy shall have full and exclusive authority to interpret all rules relating to the Promotion and resolve any disputes.
21. Participants participating in this Promotion agree to abide by all the rules and conditions as published and amended and shall accept as final and binding decisions. The Promotion is not open to employees or immediate family members of employees of Galaxy or its affiliates. Immediate family members shall include a team member's parents, siblings, spouse and children. In consideration for participation in this Promotion, participants irrevocably authorize Galaxy to print, publish, televise or otherwise distribute their name, voice or likeness in any medium. Participants hereby accept and agree to the foregoing conditions and declare that they are at least 18 years of age and are not an employee or immediate family member of an employee of Galaxy or its affiliates.
22. The Chinese version of these Terms and Conditions shall prevail wherever there is a discrepancy between English and Chinese version.

2. Unless otherwise stated, the promotion period is from January 15 to February 26, 2021 both dates inclusive.
3. Offers are only applicable to BOC Multi Currency Union Pay Credit Card with card numbers starting with 622479, 622480 or 622380 and featuring the UnionPay logo (hereinafter referred to as “BOC UnionPay Credit Card”). To enjoy the instant rebate, cardholder must meet the minimum spending requirement in a single transaction (total amount after any discounts and offers with a 10% service charge and a 5% government tax, if applicable) and settle the payment with a BOC UnionPay Credit Card via the UnionPay network.
4. Original price will be charged if the payment with the BOC UnionPay Credit Card is rejected.
5. Each BOC UnionPay Credit Card cardholder can only enjoy the offer once in a single transaction. Split transactions are not accepted.

8. Offers carry no cash value and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash or other gifts.

11. If the participating restaurants(s) has ceased its business, the offers provided by such restaurants(s) will be void.
