Galaxy Macau Facebook Fans Rewards Campaign

Terms and Conditions

  1. New Galaxy Entertainment 2006 Company Limited (“NGECL”) is the host of the “Facebook Fans Rewards Campaign” (the “Campaign”).
  2. The Campaign will be held from January 7, 2022 to January 13, 2022 23:59 (the “Campaign Period”). 
  3. The Campaign is open to all individuals that are 18-year-old or above (the “Participant”). Participants must follow Galaxy Macau’s official Facebook Page to participate in the Campaign.
  4. The Campaign will be held on Galaxy Macau Facebook page. The Galaxy Macau Facebook Page will publish a campaign post on the stated campaign dates. Participants have to comment on the post with the hashtag, and tag three friends in the comment section and share the campaign post as public to be eligible to participate.
  5. Five (5) winners with most creative comments will be selected from eligible participants to win the prize. Winners will be announced on January 17, 2022 Galaxy Macau official Facebook Page
  6. Prize: A set of thermos tumblers and phone charger 
  7. Winners must provide to us their legal name as printed on their personal identification documents, contact no. and first 4 digits of ID number via Galaxy Macau’s official Facebook inbox within five (5) days from the Galaxy Macau’s official Facebook winners’ announcement post in order to arrange prize pick-up at Galaxy Macau.
  8. Winners who do not contact us to redeem prize within five (5) days as aforesaid will be disqualified and have their prizes forfeited by us at our sole discretion. 
  9. All prizes should not be sold or transferred to a third party.
  10. By participating in the Redemption, participant hereby authorize NGECL and its affiliated companies (collectively, the “Galaxy Group”) to collect, use, store and process by any means and whether in Macau or in another jurisdiction the shoppers’ personal information (“Data”), for the purposes stated herein as well as for marketing any food and beverage, accommodation, entertainment related services and products, including via direct marketing. Participant consent to the confidential communication and transfer of the Data to such service providers (properly licensed to provide such services under Macau law) who are engaged by the Galaxy Group at any time to assist with the administration and management of the Data. 
  11. Participants have the right at any time to update or revise their Data, or refuse or withdraw their consent for Data treatment provided herein by choosing to unsubscribe to any electronic newsletters or marketing communications, or by calling the customer services hotline at +853 8886 1027. 
  12. Employees of New Galaxy Entertainment 2006 Company Limited and its affiliates are not eligible to participate in this Campaign.
  13. NGECL reserves the sole right to amend the campaign dates, draw dates, announcement dates, as well as prizes without prior notice.
  14. Automated submissions via computer modems or any other programs will be deemed invalid. NGECL reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the submission process, which as a result corrupt or affect the administration security. 
  15. Should any submission enclose inappropriate content, including but not limited to libel, slander, harassment, obscenity, pornography, invasion of privacy, infringement or misappropriation of another party’s copyrights, trademarks or patents, NGECL reserves the right to remove the submissions without prior notice. The determination of inappropriate content is in the sole and absolute discretion of NGECL.
  16. In the event that a Winner is determined to be ineligible or disqualified from the Campaign, NGECL reserves the right to replace such Winner by another selected Participant. The selection of the Winners shall be within the sole and absolute discretion of NGECL, whose decisions shall be final.
  17. Facebook is not involved in terms of sponsorship, endorsement or the event administration of this Campaign.
  18. In the event of any dispute relating to anything set out in these terms and conditions, NGECL reserves the sole right to make the final and binding decision. NGECL also reserves the sole right to amend or change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice or recourse.
  19. If there is any inconsistency or conflict between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
