Café de Paris Monte-Carlo in Macau provides guests with an authentic French-style café experience while serving up a menu of signature French and Asian dishes. Modeled after the classical setting in Monaco, this luxurious and ‘see-and-to-be-seen’ café is designed to feel like an extension of the original institution, providing the perfect meeting place to get a casual and delicious meal within Galaxy Macau’s spectacular integrated resort.

A tempting menu of French and Asian fare

Inspired by the original, the menu of Café de Paris Monte-Carlo in Macau offers the quintessential and best-selling dishes taken from its principal in Monaco with a mix of Asian dishes. Combining his over 30 years of experience in French cuisine, Executive Chef Sylvain Perraut brings Michelin-star pedigree and exceptional creativity to the tables at the Asia’s first Café de Paris Monte-Carlo.

To start the meal or satiate a small appetite, guests can sample light starters such as Duck Liver Terrine on Brioche; Mussels in White Wine; and Escargots à la Bourguignonne. Main dishes take modern café food back to the roots of traditional French cuisine, highlighting the freshest and most flavorful ingredients. Choices include Trout Meunière; Veal Escalope "Holstein"; and all-time favorites like Lobster Thermidor and Wagyu Ribeye.  

For an afternoon treat or a sweet finish to the meal, guests can indulge in the signature Strawberry Millefeuille Prince Albert, Chef Sylvain's Crème Caramel, or Mango Pudding with Pomelo and Sago. There is an outstanding selection of champagne and wine from France’s renowned vineyards, complemented by classic cocktails, beers, soft drinks, coffee and tea.

Café de Paris Monte-Carlo in Macau also features a unique selection of Asian dishes, such as Yangzhou Fried Rice; Hainanese Chicken Rice; and Hong Kong Style Beef Brisket Curry.
