This co-owner of wood oven restaurant “Lost in a Forest” in the Adelaide Hills is dedicated to perfecting the traditional craft of pizza making, and constantly seeks out exciting flavor combinations for his toppings. He will be joining Terrazza’s Executive Chef Andrea Fioravanti to bring you a series of original creations such as “French Tart” made from 5 kinds of cheese and “Swineapple Tomato” made all the more  flavorful by a wood-roasted pineapple sauce and a splash of rum.
