At The Apron, we take pride in our dry-aging technique that renders our premium beef exceptionally tender and flavorful. Now we are taking this preparation method to a new level with the use of The Macallan 18 years.  

This first-in-Macau whisky dry-aging process takes 6 weeks and involves resting the steak in a temperature-controlled environment while it is wrapped in a whisky-soaked cloth. For a more intense flavor, The Apron has selected melt-in-your-mouth Kagoshima A5 wagyu steak and infuses it with the complex aroma of The Macallan whisky aged in sherry seasoned oak casks for 18 years.  In absorbing the liquor, the marbled steak takes on the delicate sweetness and smokiness that The Macallan is famous for.
