Hennessy is celebrating its much-revered Paradis Imperial this season, by creating the ultimate in luxury dining and tasting experiences at Lai Heen in The Ritz-Carlton, Macau.

The dining menu embodies Paradis Imperial’s unique Art of Selection of eaux de vies: of each of the 10,000 eaux de vies tasted by the Hennessy Tasting Committee and Master Blender each year, only ten that showcase the most finesse and delicacy will make it into the final Paradis Imperial blend.

To complement this exceptional cognac, Lai Heen Chinese Executive Chef Jackie Ho Hong Sing has carefully created a sumptuous menu featuring dishes such as chilled abalone, pearl clam in double-boiled sea whelk soup, and crabmeat decorated with caviar. Each ingredient has been carefully selected to accentuate the complexity of Hennessy Paradis Imperial.

All of this can be enjoyed in Lai Heen, the highest restaurant in Macau, located on the 51st floor of The Ritz-Carlton, Macau. With its intricate décor, Lai Heen provides an intimate ambience in which to savor this iconic pairing.
