Master Chef Ju Long Chang

Master Chef Ju Long Chang

With over 50 years of culinary experience and a distinguished ranking in the Chinese Culinary Masters Hall of Fame, Chef Ju Long Chang is considered one of the major global leaders of Huaiyang cuisine.

Chef Chang began his career in Yangzhou before spending time in Japan, where he brought Huaiyang cuisine into the spotlight at Japanese cooking schools, public tastings and television shows. With extraordinary cooking skills and outstanding management skills, he has presided over the kitchens of many hotels as well as the China Foreign Affairs Office in Yangzhou and the Diaoyutai State Guesthouse in Beijing, where he catered for political leaders and distinguished guests from China and around the globe. Chef Chang has been honored with many prestigious awards including the Grand Prix of Chinese Cooking Masters, the Special Gold Award for the China

International Master Chinese Invitational Contest, and the Feng Hu Cup for Chinese Chefs and Artists. He has been quoted as an influential leader for Huaiyang cuisine in many food magazines and has revolutionized the culinary world as the author of the book series “Huaiyang Cuisine – Long Habitat Collection”.

Master Chef Chang’s Huiayang cuisine is celebrated for its artistic presentation, rich texture and elegant flavor, which allows the taste of the premium ingredients to shine through. His signature dishes include Tian Ma Eel, Stewed Premium Bird’s Nest, Stewed Pork Meatball with Crab Roe and many more.
