The talented Chef Antimo Maria Merone was born and raised in Napoli, Italy. Antimo spent his childhood mostly at his grandmother’s house - a hidden gem in the middle of “Campi Flegrei”, a volcanic area famous for seafood, wine and natural products of the land. Antimo’s culinary philosophy and inspiration comes from the people around him especially his father’s influence, from bread baking by using traditional wood oven to producing canned tomatoes in the summer for family consumption throughout the year.
