Gather around CHA BEI’s enchanting sakura tree, and feast your eyes and palate on a colorful medley of handcrafted delights! 
This afternoon ritual begins with a raspberry rose sorbet and sakura tea with creamy milk foam, followed by the centerpiece - a sakura tree in full bloom and decorated with delectable bites. The hand-crafted selection includes tomato and avocado tart, and cabbage and ham terrine. Under the tree is a dancer whose beautiful dress consists of lady grey entremet. Amidst the shadows cast by the branches, you will also find our creative sakura swiss roll and panna cotta with osmanthus, traditional homemade scones and madeleines. Our tea master’s pick of floral teas and single origin coffee from Brazil will complete your experience with tantalizing aromas.
